Srividya Nagaraju

Srividya Nagaraju is a seasoned learning and leadership expert with over 30 years of experience spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, academia, and organizational development. An alumna of IIM Bangalore, she is an International TEDx speaker, psychologist, executive coach, and leadership facilitator who has designed and delivered transformative learning experiences for over 20,000 professionals across India and internationally. She is the recipient of multiple leadership and community impact awards, reflecting her commitment to developing leaders and creating meaningful, lasting change across organizations and society.

As Program Director and a key member of The Inner Circle at The Wedding Business School, Srividya serves as the primary touchpoint for students throughout their journey in the program. She plays a central role in shaping and integrating the entire student experience — bringing together course content, delivery, and overall structure to ensure a cohesive, immersive, and high-impact learning environment. Working closely with students, she focuses on developing their leadership, communication, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and industry readiness — ensuring they graduate not only with technical wedding planning expertise but also with the confidence, clarity, and mindset required to thrive in the industry.
